Brunch at The Cooper

Brunch: the perfect combination of breakfast and lunch foods, accessorized with the acceptable mimosa or Bloody Mary before noon. We hit up The Cooper in Palm Beach Gardens to see how they do brunch, and we were not disappointed!

First things first, the beverage options are reasonably priced and very customer-friend. For instance, The Cooper allows patrons to switch back and worth between the endless mimosa and endless Bloody Mary options. Even if you’re not the biggest fan of the latter, we recommend getting at least one Bloody M. to experience the incredible spread. The Bloody Mary bar is just incredible! Several spices and dozens of toppings to choose from are laid out like a frozen yogurt shop for you to pick and add to you drink. We are telling you, from cheese stuffed olives, peppers, and bacon, you could create a mountain of savory treats atop your Bloody Mary and be full before you even receive your entree.

Once you’ve been served beverages, make sure to drink in the eclectic decor. The entire restaurant has a fancy, chic living room vibe to it, with simple yet grand chandeliers that provide the perfect ambient light. If you prefer to dine al fresco, The Cooper also has an outdoor bar and a patio sprinkled with high tops, round tables, and even a small sofa lounge set.

The Brunch menu has a variety of different and unique items not typically found on a breakfast list. From lemon ricotta pancakes to coffee-rubbed steak & eggs, The Cooper is sure to have a meal that satisfies any savory or sweet craving.
